Marshmallow Cream Fudge

- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. or 2 c. Nestle semi-sweet real chocolate morsels
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1In a medium saucepan combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt; cook over medium heat.

2Bring mixture to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

3After boiling for 5 minutes, add chocolate morsels and remove from heat. Stir well until smooth.

4Add vanilla and nuts.

5Pour into 8-inch square pan.

6Refrigerate about 2 hours.

7Makes 2 1/4 pounds. Enjoy!
