- 1/2 c. instant potatoes
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/3 c. cold water
- 3 c. Bisquick baking mix
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Stir dry potatoes, sugar, butter and hot water together.

3Stir in cold water and baking mix.

4Mix until smooth. Knead on floured board until smooth.

5Roll dough and cut into biscuits.

6Bake on an ungreased baking sheet about 10 minutes.

7Serve warm.
