  • 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple (unsweetened), drained
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip (can be lite)
  • 14 graham crackers or 1 of 3 pkg. in box, crushed

Directions

    Melt marshmallows in milk.

    Stir occasionally so it doesn't scorch.

    Add pineapple and Cool Whip.

    Roll graham crackers to crumbs.

    Put 1/2 of crumbs on bottom of pan.

    Reserve other 1/2 for top.
