- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 jar (about 10 slices) dried beef
- 1 pkg. deboned chicken breasts (skinless)
- 1 bacon strip per chicken breast
Directions

1Spray light coat of Pam on bottom of roasting pan or Pyrex dish.

2Line bottom of pan with dried beef.

3Wrap each chicken breast with 1 uncooked bacon strip.

4Place breasts in pan over dried beef.

5Mix sour cream and mushroom soup together and spread over chicken.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour (or until done).

7Serve with green vegetables, wild rice and dinner rolls.
