Marshmallow Fluff Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce.) can Milnot evaporated lowfat milk
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 8 ounce. marshmallows or possibly 1 (13 ounce.) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. minced nuts (optional)

Directions

    Combine Milnot and sugar in heavy 4-qt saucepan.

    Add in marshmallows and butter and cook over low heat till melted.

    Heat may be turned to medium.

    Bring mix to full boil and stir 4 min.

    Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips till melted.

    Blend vanilla and nuts.

    Pour into lightly buttered 9x13x2 inch pan.

    Allow to cold.

    Candy may be refrigerated or possibly frzn once it is hard.
