  • 20 marshmallows
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. fresh raspberries, crushed
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Directions

    Heat marshmallows in double boiler.

    Add in lemon juice and cold slightly.

    Add in fruit, mix in whipped cream.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Freeze in tray of refrigerator for 2 hrs or possibly more.
