Marshmallow Salad

Ingredients

  • 15 1/4 oz. can tidbit pineapple (save juice)
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 small bag walnut pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Heat pineapple juice.

    When hot, stir in cornstarch, 2 eggs, sugar and salt already mixed together.

    Take off heat and cool. In bowl, mix pineapple, fruit cocktail, marshmallows and walnuts. When liquid is cool, add all ingredients.

    Add in Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
