Ingredients

  • 3 medium heads cauliflower
  • 3 (1 lb.) cans butter beans
  • 2 (1 lb.) cans string beans
  • 2 cans corn
  • 3 bags carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery, sliced
  • 3 jars midget pickles
  • small onions, cooked
  • 4 c. water
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook cauliflower until almost soft in one pot.

    Cook carrots in another pot until soft, as well as the celery.

    Mix all vegetables together.

    Make juice with remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.

    Cold pack in jars and seal.
