  • 1/3 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powdered, roasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
