- 2 Egg yolks
- 200 ml Milk
- 50 grams Granulated sugar
- 30 grams Flour
- 1 Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Rum (optional)
Directions

1Sift the flour once.

2Combine the sugar and egg yolks.

3Add the sifted flour into Step 2, and mix without making lumps.

4Add the milk into Step 3 little by little, and mix well.

5Transfer Step 4 to a heatproof bowl, and microwave for 1 minute.

6Take it out, and stir well.

7Then microwave for another 30 seconds.

8Take it out, and stir well, then microwave for another 30 seconds.

9Stir well until the mixture is no longer lumpy.

10Repeat this process about 3 times.

11Adjust the sweetness with the honey or sugar, add rum if you like, and mix.

12When it becomes your preferred consistency, it's done.
