  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 1/16 cups peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • sea salt
  • nutmeg
  • pepper

Directions

    Peel and wash potatoes, cut into cubes and boil until tender, drain.

    Boil the peas.

    Place in a bowl with a mixer and process until smooth, add the oil, parsley and garlic, stir and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
