- 1 lb. beef flank steak
- 1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Directions

1Soak 30 (6-inch) bamboo skewers.

2Combine teriyaki sauce, ginger, oil, garlic and red pepper.

3Cut steak across grain into 1/4-inch thick slices.

4Place meat in plastic bag.

5Pour marinade over steak and marinate in bag up to 2 hours.

6Thread slices on bamboo skewers.

7Place on rack in broiler pan 3 to 4-inches from heat.

8Broil 2 minutes on each side.

9Sprinkle with sesame seed. (Can substitute chicken or pork.)
