- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Cook potatoes; mash and add cream, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and milk.

2Mix well and put in 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Bake uncovered at 375° for 30 minutes until heated through and lightly brown on top.

3You can make up a week before ready to use. Keep in refrigerator until ready to bake.
