- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
- 1 tsp. crushed oregano
Directions

1Soak bread in water 2 to 3 minutes.

2Squeeze out moisture.

3Mix bread with all other ingredients. Shape in about 20 balls.

4Brown in hot oil.

5Add to sauce and cook 30 minutes.
