- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 8 to 12 saltine crackers
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Melt margarine in skillet.

2Mix beef, onion, ketchup, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper together.

3Shape into balls.

4Place in hot skillet; turn until brown.

5Cover meatballs with ketchup.

6Add water.

7Cover skillet; simmer for about 1 hour.
