  • 2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 2/3 c. dried bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 2 eggs
  • chopped onion and parsley to taste
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Combine sausage, bread crumbs, sage, eggs, onion and parsley and form balls.

    Brown in skillet and drain.
