  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. pecan meal
  • 1 c. quick oats
  • 1 grated onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ (optional)
  • Prego spaghetti sauce
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. fresh basil
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. fresh oregano

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients in blender.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Roll into small balls and fry.

    Put in spaghetti sauce and serve.
