  • 2 pkg. or 1/2 lb. crackers
  • 1 1/2 qt. crumbled cornbread
  • giblets from 10 fryers and the necks
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1/4 c. raw chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 8 beaten eggs
