  • 2 lb. ground round beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. croutons, crushed
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. accent
  • 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup mix
  • 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 strips of bacon

Directions

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except tomato sauce.

    Put into loaf pan and cover with 2 strips of bacon. Pour the tomato sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
