  • 2 pounds ground round steak
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Accent
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly except the tomato sauce. Pat into a loaf pan. If you like bacon favor you can cover with 2 strips of bacon and then pour the can of tomato sauce over the meat loaf and bacon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves six.
