  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
