- 7 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients with cooking oil.

2Add the rest of the ingredients.

3Marinate chicken, steaks or any kind of meat.

4Mix with green peppers, mushrooms, squash and onions for shish kabobs. Marinate 3 to 24 hours.
