Ingredients
- 400 g dry pasta
- 200 g chicken, chopped
- 70 g bresaola (sliced)
- 50 g salami (sliced)
- 100 g cashew nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 pinch garlic seasoning
Directions

1pasta salad.

2Fill a saucepan with water and bring to the boil.

3Add pasta to the boiling water and cook for 10 mins.

4Drain and run cold water over the pasta.

5Add the meat and nuts to the pasta and mix together.

7Put all ingredients into a jug and whisk together with a fork.

8Pour over the pasta salad.

9Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
