- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. allspice powder
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 egg (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain fat.

2Add onions, soy sauce, ketchup and allspice and cook on medium until onions are clear, mixing all the ingredients in the process.

3Add salt and black pepper to taste.

4Allow mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
