- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 12 cup sour cream
- 34 lb pre-cooked italian meatballs
- 16 ounces cooked egg noodles
Directions

1Sautee mushrooms in butter.

2Add white wine and thyme and simmer for 5 minutes.

3Add soups and sour cream until combined.
