Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/3 c. dry cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
  • 1/3 c. A.1. steak sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Combine beef, cracker crumbs, eggs, salt and 2 tablespoons A.1. steak sauce.

    Mix well; shape into 1-inch balls.

    Brown in skillet.

    Drain off fat.

    Combine 1/3 cup steak sauce, brown sugar and margarine.

    Heat mixture; pour over meatballs.

    Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, or until meatballs are done.

    Makes about 2 dozen meatballs.
