- 1 lb. beef
- 1 slice bread
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. onion salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Crumble up slice of bread.

2Add to it the beef, milk, oregano and onion salt.

3Form into balls.

4In a 2-quart casserole dish, mix cream of chicken soup and water. Brown meatballs in skillet, then add meatballs to soup mixture.

5Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Makes 16 meatballs.
