- 4 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling
- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) dates (figs or dry prunes)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Stir in sugar,

4water and pie filling. Add flour, baking soda, salt

6cinnamon and mix well.

7Stir in fruit and nuts.

8Set oven at 350°.

9Put in three 9-inch loaf pans, 1/3 batter in each pan.

10Bake 1 hour or until bread pulls away from sides of pans.

11Cool in pans 10 minutes.

12Cool loaves on rack until completely cool.
