- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped very fine
- 1 onion, minced
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.

2Let stand 1/2 hour.

3Shape into medium size meatballs.

4Fry gently in olive oil until lightly browned, or place on foil on a cookie sheet and bake for 1/2 hour at 350°.

5Put in your favorite spaghetti sauce; cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour.
