- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 lb. pizza sausage
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. season salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 16 soda crackers
- 4 oz. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 egg
Directions

1Put crackers in a bowl with milk and let them absorb the milk. When soggy, break into small pieces and add the spices and egg. Mix well, then add the meats.

2Mix together until well blended. Using a 1 1/2 ounce scoop, make into meatballs, placing on a large pizza pan with a little salad oil coating pan to keep meat from burning.

3Cook for 20 minutes or until done in a 300° preheated oven.

4Makes a large amount.
