  • 1 Celery stalk, diced
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 1.5 pounds Ground beef or turkey
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • .25 cup Lemon garlic dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Bacon grease, basil oil
  • .5 cup Pankey crumbs

Directions

    Saute onions, celery in oil and grease, when translucent add herbs to wilt stage

    Cool, place in blender with eggs and lemon garlic sauce
  3. 3
    Add panic crumbs to meat and knead
  4. 4
    Add vegetable mixture to meat
  5. 5
    Roll into about 16 balls
  6. 6
    Place on grease rack n 400 degree oven for 15 minutes
