  • 1 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 Raw Eggs
  • 1 Sleeve Saltine Crackers

Directions

    Make cracker crumbs by using a rolling pin.

    Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl adding cracker crumbs last.

    Mix well by hand.

    Using a cookie scoop, place round portions of ground beef mixture on a cutting board or cookie sheet.

    Shape portions into round balls by rolling between your palms.

    Brown meatballs in cooking oil in a skillet until all of meatball looks brown.

    Place meatballs in your soup, spaghetti sauce, or other sauce to finish cooking.

    Stir carefully when stirring.
