  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) Kraft hot barbecue sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) Kraft regular barbecue sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) apricot preserves or jelly

Directions

    Cook meatballs in 1/4 cup shortening. Remove and drain. Heat barbecue sauces and preserves until melted. Stir constantly. Add meatballs until coated. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve hot.
