- 1 Tbsp. polyunsaturated oil
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 (20 oz.) cans red kidney beans (undrained)
- 1 (20 oz.) can white kidney beans (undrained)
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans (no salt) tomatoes
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/2 c. low-sodium catsup
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. chili powder (amount to taste)
Directions

1Heat oil in a 6-quart pot.

2Saute onion until brown.

3Add beans, tomatoes, celery, ketchup, dry mustard and pepper.

4Add chili to taste.

5Simmer 20 to 25 minutes.

6Can be frozen.
