  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables cooked
  • 1 cup quinoa cooked
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
