- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh if available)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) can small whole Blue Lake variety green beans (undrained)
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in olive oil until onion is transparent (do not brown).

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
