- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) carton plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 4 (4-ounce) boneless center-cut pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick), trimmed
- Cooking spray
Directions

1Combine mint and sugar in a small bowl, pressing mint into sugar with back of a spoon until blended. Stir in yogurt. Set aside.

2Combine hoisin sauce and curry powder, stirring well; spread evenly on both sides of pork.

3Prepare grill.

4Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°). Place pork on rack; grill, covered, 5 minutes or until done, turning once. Serve pork with yogurt mixture.
