Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups onions, chopped
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 2-1/2 qt. canned plum tomatoes, drained, chopped
  • 2-1/2 cups pitted Kalamata olives, finely chopped
  • 1-1/4 cups A.1. Original Sauce
  • 2/3 cup capers, drained, rinsed
  • 2/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
  • 2-1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves

Directions

    Saute onions and garlic in hot oil in large saucepan on high heat 3 to 4 min.

    or until onions are tender.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Serve on toasted crostini as appetizers, or spooned over grilled fish, steaks, burgers, chicken or pork.
