  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 30 ounces Ragu sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 15 ounces cottage or ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 ounces lasagne noodles

    Brown ground beef. Drain. Combine with sauce and water in large saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine cheeses and egg. Set aside.

    In a 9 x 13 inch pan, pour 1 1/2 cup sauce. Place one layer of uncooked noodles. Then alternately layer 1 cup sauce, 1/2 cheese mixture, and noodles. Top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
