  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cold water
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions

    Beat egg whites gradually adding sugar and cream of tartar, until stiff but not dry.

    Add vanilla and water and stir.

    Put on a cooled pie filling of your choice.

    Cook in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes at 350°.
