- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Beat egg whites until stiff.

2Add sugar.

3Stir cornstarch in half of the water and bring to a boil.

4Pour in the rest of the water and cook until clear and thick.

5Cool cornstarch slightly before adding the egg whites.

6Add the egg whites and add the vanilla.

7Beat until smooth.

8Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.
