Ingredients
- 4 Tbl butter
- 1 medium onion chopped small
- 2 lb med shrimp(peeled & devained)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tbl chili powder
- 2 cup powdered milk(make as directed on box)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbl worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash of garlic powder
Directions

1Melt butter in medium pot on med low heat.

2Mix flour and chili powder in bowl, set aside.

3Add onion and saute till translucent.

4Add flour mix in with onion & butter in pot and cook about 5 -10 min on low to cook flour.

5Add shrimp at this point and stir till just starting to turn pink.

6Slowly add milk into shrimp & flour mixture while stirring, to help against clumps.

7Let cook for 5 minutes more then add ketchup, worcestershire and dash of garlic powder and let simmer 10 more.

8Serve over steamed whit rice.
