- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 package knorr fiesta sides - mexican rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1MELT Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring frequently, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.

2PREPARE Knorr(R) Fiesta SidesTM - Mexican Rice in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in tomatoes during the last 5 minutes of cook time.

3STIR in chicken. Sprinkle with avocado and cheese.
