  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 cup crushed corn chips
  • 13 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    Thoroughly mix the ground beef, chips, milk, onion and Worcestershire sauce with a wooden spoon.

    Shape into 4 patties.

    Grill on charcoal or a gas grill for about 5 minutes per side or until nicely browned and cooked through.
