- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can New Orleans style kidney beans
- 1 pkg. Mexican rice
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- regular Fritos, crumbled
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions.

2Saute ground chuck; add Ro-Tel tomatoes and kidney beans and simmer.

3Mix rice into meat mixture.

4Grate cheese into mixture.

5Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.

7Bake at 350° about 20 minutes.
