- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown turkey in a skillet with salt and pepper.

2Add 1/2 can corn (drained).

3Add taco mix.

4Add tomatoes and set aside.

5Mix cornbread as directed; add other 1/2 can corn.

6Pour this into a Pam-sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Pour meat mixture over this.

8Then put the cheese over meat mixture.

9Spread remaining batter over this and bake until cornbread is done in about a 425° oven.
