  • 1 or 2 lb. ground beef or chuck
  • 1 medium size can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 small can El Paso green chiles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. frozen corn tortillas
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Line greased casserole with thawed tortillas.

    Brown hamburger and drain.

    Layer over tortillas.

    Next layer beans, onions and chiles.

    Mix soup and tomatoes.

    Pour over top.

    Top with cheese. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.
