- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 1 c. chopped ripe olives
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown beef; add tomato sauce, taco mix, olives and onion flakes.

2Simmer 10 minutes. Crush tortilla chips.

3Put half of the chips in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Add meat mixture.

4Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and green chiles.

5Pour over meat. Add cheese. Top with remaining chips.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
