  • 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked and boned
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 4 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chicken broth (save from cooking chicken)
  • 4 c. plain Dorito chips, crushed
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Combine soups, chilies, spices, Tabasco sauce and broth in large pan and heat until warm.

    Cover baking dish with 2 cups of chips.

    Spread 1/2 chicken over chips; add 1/2 sauce and 1/2 cheese.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350° oven.
