  • 4 chicken breasts, gently parboiled
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/8 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

Directions

    Lay chicken breasts in baking dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 325°. Excellent served over hot rice, using sauce as gravy!
